At Moonwalk pre-engineered building is constructed using the following sheets:
The base metal of either Galvalume coated steel conforming to ASTM or aluminium conforming to ASTM B. Galvalume coating in almost 55% Aluminum and approximately 45% Zinc by weight.
An exterior surface coating on painted panels of microns of epoxy primer. It is done with a highly durable polyester finish.
An interior surface coating on painted panels of microns of epoxy primer. It is modified polyester or foam spec.
INSULATED PANELS
Metal skins on both Insulated Panels outer and inner surfaces meet the same specifications as single-skin painted panels. Further more, Insulated Panels have a factory injected polyurethane core. Liner panels have one metal skin surface with polystyrene foam board that is adhered to for better insulation.
